Do you ship oversea?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

As each piece is handcrafted using traditional ICH techniques, slight natural variations may exist in glaze textures, wood grain patterns, or embroidery stitch density – these "imperfections" are proof of authentic artisanry.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns for unused, undamaged items in original packaging:

  • 7 Days : Free return for defects; non-defective returns require return shipping

  • 30 Days : Only accept damage during transit or significant product mismatch

  • Non-Returnable : Custom orders, clearance products
    Steps : Contact Us → Ship to our address → Refund within 3 business days after inspection

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
  • Regular Items : e.g. silk embroidered scarves, bamboo tea sets – restocked every 1-2 months (subscribe for restock alerts)

  • Limited Editions : e.g. signed lacquerware, unique wood carvings – may not be reproduced once sold out

  • Custom Orders : Some items can be custom-made via Us (production lead time: 2-6 months)

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
